Carolyn (Caz) Hawley is a postgraduate in Business & Personal Coaching, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD qualified) and a licensed Career Coach. She has also completed a Coaching Supervision programme enabling her to provide coaching supervision to other coaches to ICF professional standards. Based in London, UK, she works with a wide cross-section of Clients in person, by telephone or via Skype or other applications.
In addition to coaching a range of different Clients, Carolyn also works as an Associate with Barefoot Coaching Ltd supporting their Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching as a Facilitator and Assessor. She has written coaching articles for Ealing NCT publications, and also works with London charity “Spark Inside” coaching young adults within the Criminal Justice System through change & transition and away from reoffending. Additionally she mentors young adults and women returners to the workplace, through a partnership programme with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
With a wealth of HR experience, which includes managing all HR aspects of organisational change processes, the set-up of an HR function within a new Start-Up Oil & Gas Exploration Company, and providing HR support to other SMEs, she also brings international HR experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a larger Oil & Gas Company and in a variety of senior HR roles in the International FMCG/Drinks industry. She has several years of experience in the Public Sector with the Police Service, Social Services and NHS. Carolyn demonstrates a flexible approach covering all aspects of a professional & experienced HR service.
Carolyn is a graduate of Leicester University with a BSc (Honours), majoring in Psychology.

In HR work, the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, along with ACAS and other institutes, guides all work, principles and levels of service.
