Bringing over 25 years of varied generalist HR experience in both public and private sector, I work independently with organisations on a Consultancy basis providing a full range of HR services.
I also bring experience on an employed basis directly within organisations, both full and part-time.
I am experienced in working with Start-Up organisations as well as more established larger international Companies and have covered all aspects of Human Resource Management.
Sector specialisms to date include Retail Members organisation, Oil & Gas, Engineering, FMCG/Drinks Industry in both UK and International, Public Sector – Police Force, Social Services and NHS.
FCIPD qualified, I regularly attend CPD and professional network events to ensure I am continually up to date and keep abreast of employment law developments.
I also work as an HR Consultant on an Associate basis for the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), where our focus has been on supporting SMEs.
I have worked on a part-time consultancy basis for a variety of smaller organisations who do not require a full-time HR presence and I have also worked on fixed term interim assignments. I can offer extra support to your existing HR team during times of change & transition and I have experience as a Recruitment Consultant, both externally and internally.
